Luckily, the sun started shining a little more here in North Western Ontario and I was able to get outside for my runs. Now i feel i little more spring in my step. although I am still always tired, must be a triathlete thing.Jennifer Szaflikhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16735189462876640443noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1137172801546792811.post-3044227017993396792015-04-10T13:55:48.877-04:002015-04-10T13:55:48.877-04:00My 40s were rough like that. You'll get it back.Wendy at Taking the Long Way Homehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09934786207724059919noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1137172801546792811.post-29983673425504244322015-04-10T12:27:54.639-04:002015-04-10T12:27:54.639-04:00Ah! Just a suggestion, but it could also be the NEVER. ENDING. WINTER. So the change this weekend could maybe help! YAY!And you're body is awesome. If you ever want your legs to not feel like tree trunks, just take a photo beside me when we're both wearing spandex. I promise to out-thunder-thigh anyone else out there (except MAYBE some male cyclist - even then it could be close). ;-)macnichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13756849604085886005noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1137172801546792811.post-73235927314208693472015-04-10T10:23:08.240-04:002015-04-10T10:23:08.240-04:00I am sorry to hear that you are finding yourself i...I am sorry to hear that you are finding yourself in a rut and are down about the way you both look and feel. I definitely have months like this, particularly around the holidays and post-race season when nothing is going on. You will get your mojo back. I think signing up for Eagleman is a great way to get re-inspired and excited about fitness/training/etc. Whenever I start feeling down, a race is the perfect solution. :) Kristenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04749992004731099306noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1137172801546792811.post-5406856497413616202015-04-10T09:35:36.345-04:002015-04-10T09:35:36.345-04:00Nothing like signing up for a race to help find yo...Nothing like signing up for a race to help find your mojo! I'm still looking for mine, let me know if you see it lying around anywhere. :-)Paul Morahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17647815723405564271noreply@blogger.com
