I suspect it's because being in the water loosens up your joints. It depends on the workout we're doing. On kick heavy days (like when working with fins), my knee definitely feels it.Phaedra Kennedyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10348700813435281507noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1137172801546792811.post-80228437946871471272014-10-26T20:23:07.737-04:002014-10-26T20:23:07.737-04:00My favorite is the half. Everyone says it is more challenging than it seems, due to the speed and intensity that you run at. I would love to know what my time would be! My favorite distance is a half marathon, challenging yet does not destroy my body. I opted for a bath after since just being alive hurt. I have only ...Just a thought regarding your knees. I have only recently (past 6 months) taken up the sport of triathlon, having been an oft injured competitive runner previously. I have noticed that my right knee hurts quite often now, and never did prior to the biking and swimming. But I think swimming may be the culprit. All that kicking. Any correlation between swimming, running and knee pain for you? Just a thought!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1137172801546792811.post-23374846682913768512014-10-24T14:07:32.748-04:002014-10-24T14:07:32.748-04:005k are great because I am not sore afterwards.5k are great because I am not sore afterwards.Fairytales and Fitnesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11771224209536216240noreply@blogger.com
